We just bought a house that has been owned by the same person for the last 45+ years and needs a complete overhaul because nothing has been update in that long. company We’re talking 2 full baths, kitchen, new flooring throughout, removing a couple walls, and a basement remodel that includes gutting and starting fresh. The house is ~1800 square feet and the basement will be another 800 or so. We plan on doing all of the demo ourselves and are planning to do as much else as we can.
